I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t write one quick enough. Great conversation, great technique….worked with me to create my design, even went back and added the little tweaks I wanted. Definitely coming back every time I need my nails done.
Loved the skill set of the employees. They aimed to please when it came to giving you what you wanted. They aimed for your comfort giving you a list of choices of relaxation with price listed for your personal knowledge. They showed much curtesy when entering and made me feel welcomed and not pushed away. This location was extremely clean and well kept. They also use foot liners for the foot spa Area that’s a Big score on my book. If you would like to know .. yes Hot Rocks and a nice warm towel is an option. At some point they worked on me two at one to ensure I would not be kept but at the same time I felt like that day belonged to me. And I was actually being treated well so I could finally relax. Some shops make you feel like your the nail tech and need to be told what to do. They actually listened. I believe they wax as well. They have a nice private out of your face space that was also extremely clean and sanitized. I went into the bathroom before leaving with total shock that was also kept very well. My over all experience was a 5. I can honestly say if this was a say to splurge I would have absolutely gotten the extended foot rub that was offered to me with the Hot rock message. Well done Ladies

I have been going to Gem nails for more then 14 years and I absolutely love it there. Lou the owner and his wife are the nicest people and they make you feel welcome and they are so friendly. They do an amazing job with my nails and everything else I get done there.. I would recommend them to everyone.

Nails done beautifully and the pedicure was amazing, I didn't want to leave. I can honestly say it was the absolute BEST I've ever had, hands down.
This was the first time I used this salon and I was not disappointed. I asked for a very specific style (if you know, you know) and he listened and did a fantastic job. The pedicure was great. The woman really put her back into it where I told her were the most rough on my feet. I'm definitely coming back with a bigger challenge for my nail tech 😉
